Have hiked for years, prefer the winter, and the not direct route. Now it is a mixture of hiking and trail running. Grew up in StJ and hiked the Whites; lived in the Winsor, VT and hiked one of the six routes up Ascutney nearly weekly; and now live in the Burlington area and the Adirondack which I have never be in are now visible.
