Ps Also - plenty of flat stuff before the climb starts. First water crossing was partially snow bridged, the other two were open water, but shallow. Hope this helps!
It's usually broken out, as it is a popular hike, year round. 6-7 miles RT and 1900' of elevation gain, pretty tame as far as 4Ks go. Roads are open and plowed regularly. Bring stabilicers, no showshoes needed yet down here.
