We've got about ten inches of medium-density powder in East Hardwick, VT. As of around 3 PM yesterday Stowe had picked up about that much at the base, more higher up, but hard to estimate meaningfully with so much blowing and drifting. Saw some new drifts nearly as tall as me!

Yeah! And the trails around Butler are great -- Rock Garden, Frost, Maple Ridge, Wampahoofus, the LT proper up the Forehead ... all wonderful. And while we're at it -- some of those LT shelters are cool non-summit objectives in their own right. Puffer Shelter? Now there's a destination.
