Until 2 months ago I passed Campmor every day on my way home from work. I stopped at least twice a week. I may take a trip there this afternoon, my office is closing due to the 1/2" of snow in Rockland County, NY.

Looking for a hiking axe, for added security in the ADKS.

So other than the raven does anyone have a suggestion/recommendation?

I was planning to hike in early Sunday morning dropping my main pack at the Interior Outpost Lean-to, then climbing Big Slide. On the Monday I was planning Gothics-Armstrong-Upper Wolf-Low Wolf(maybe). If others are interested in climbing Chicken Coop I would follow. I have to walk out on Tuesday.

Free Night Stay? It looks like I will have to return home on the Tuesday. I have payed for the Tuesday night, anyone want a free night in the woods?
