ah..the snowshoe debate...An amazing amount of folks on the trails this year not wearing or even carrying them..no surprize the worst areas were the well traveled trails in the Notches..must be the "no snow in my backyard" mentality.Lots of folks wearing only crampons. No question that many...

We started a bit later but saw you guys just summiting Monroe.. beat feet but got there ourselves just as the last in your party dropped off towards Crawford Path. We retraced steps and did Washington and Jefferson..a little windy towards the end. Great day out and great photos!!!
