brake for moose!!!! let's all be careful!!!

I agree, it's TERRIBLE, absolutely TERRIBLE !!!!! People should be banned from the White Mountains, so the moose can live free (and not die) :D

    Shadowy Creep Finishes The 48

I didn't know you were not a finisher... I did some of my very first NH48 with you in 2006, and I thought at that time that you were a VERY experimented hiker, and I trusted you. I was so wrong!

"The Grid" has replaced "The List"

I did (post #44), and I agree with you totally. The Grid is, to me, is like going to the same place for vacation every year, when there are so many other places to visit.

"The Grid" has replaced "The List"

I think it's true. People are just looking for new challenges after doing the 4K,s, and most don't like bushwhacks enough to get into 3K's. Fine with me. As for me, I don't think I'll complete the grid one day, unless I live in the Whites, and I had finish the 3K's lists, and the Trailwrights...

That's NOT how you say it !!!

Like the Cohos trail... That could be related. BTW I like old threads, that's how we realize some people had left VFTT (or got banned, or self-banned)

Well, I haven't done Humphrey's yet, so you probably got the info from other vftt members ! :p I hope I'll find time to write brief TR's for TX, NM, CO, NB, KS, OK, AR and LA HP'S, and put my pics on my website... I'm procrastinating, it's so bad :o :)

Hey Arm, Too bad you didn't take the shuttle to maroon Bells, their bus drivers have a really good comedy act going on while driving. Not ! Great trip, and I also love the dog pic.
