    Unsupported ADK 46 Traverse

This is a total throwback to the serials that used to be published in newspapers by the likes of Hemingway and Steinbeck. This rocks. Way to go.

    The Pemi Wilderness--Some History

Excellent information. I went back and looked at the 1922 edition of the WMG and the opening paragraph for the 'Mt. Carrigain Region' chapter (page 276) states: "In the A.M.C. Guide of 1907 it was stated that the region about the headwaters of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset contained one...

Hip labral tear/Arthroscopic surgery/Can anyone relate?

I copied your original post and sent it to my friend (the aforementioned ortho surgeon). He gave me the whole rundown and ended by saying if you were heading to MGH, most likely you'd be seeing McCarthy. My friend trained with him during his residency. If you would like to read his reply, I'd...

Hip labral tear/Arthroscopic surgery/Can anyone relate?

LRiz, injury appears to be the only obstacle to have slowed you down. You really have been a wonder on the trails over the past year. Congrats on all of your accomplishments. A close friend of mine is an orthopedic surgeon who focuses on athletes/sports medicine. If you would like his...
