    Precisely my intentions. Enjoyed reading everyone's responses. The one thing I noticed is the literature..(AMC guide books and 4000 footer book by Steve Smith...maps) are much more descriptive of the trails both in summer and winter, then ADK high peak literature. Is that a fair statement...

    As of this past summer I have started my quest of the ADK46...my question I pose to all of you .. What do you find are the differences and or similarities of the White Mountain peaks verses the ADK peaks? Difficulty? Accessibly? Trail conditions? Trail markings? etc........ kmac

    Canon Rebel XSI due April

    XSI questions ????? Believe it or not I have not made my big purchase do to the fact the XSI was coming out in April. Any thoughts about the lens that they offer with the package or would I be better off investing in a seperate lens.....and which one??? lots of questions for the camera buff...
