All trails are in great shape. The old railbed herdpath is not only cairned, but it's in as good shape as the Devil's Path. Another cairn marks the start of the 2nd herdpath that heads straight up and directly to the canister on Leavitt. Way too easy. The trail up Hunter is really nice...
