The problem I have with the MSR Reactor and the Primus ETA solo is that they basically stole an innovative design that someone put a lot of time and effort developing.
I used to scoff at the jetboil, then tried it and now love it.
Agreeance here- any hike/paddle/climb for me consists of three parts-
The group dynamics, good or bad.
The local history and meeting locals from the area.
The hike/paddle climb itself.
I think one issue was some people put a lot of effort and work into organizing a Gathering, and when few people showed up they took it personally. BUT it's the people showing up, NOT the organizing that either makes or breaks a Gathering.
I believe a lot of these areas have had their fees rescinded...but the current fee areas are now more strictly enforced. I'm glad the Forest Service in their Infinite Wisdom wasted all that money on signage and fee tubes they no longer use.

I am a catch and release fisherman, and fish for non-stocked species. So why should I need a license also.

Last weekend we ate at the Common Man in Lincoln for the first time..upstairs in the restaurant section and it was by far one of the best meals I've had in quite some time. And the staff was outstanding!
why only certain rocks ?...these rocks lay right next to each other, so are subject to the same water level. Some have the red, the ones right next to them don't.
