    stablicers with trail runners?

Or, you can try this. I put some in an older pair of shoes and they work great. My friend put them in a newer pair of shoes, took them out and they didn't seem to damage the rubber (may break up a littl faster in the long run, but think they'll be done before then anyway).

    Boott Spur Gully 4/02

We were west of the Boott Spur link trail - I believe on the gully on the left of your pic, in the more prominent notch. As Frodo said in his trail conditions post: diving weights would have been helpful up on the Boott Spur trail (something like that)... cuz the tiny ship was tossed... (all 4...

    Boott Spur Gully 4/02

OK, they've been clamoring for more info (but sorry, have to be brief)... After splittling off from MEB, SleepingBear, Arm, Francis, Giggy and Woody (did I get everyone?) who headed into Huntington's, Frodo, Hamtero, Shizzmac and I went off to tuckerman's to climb Boot Spur gully. A mini...

    Boots...I need a new pair!

Hey MEB - Careful with the Montrail Torre - I tried them two years ago and the special anatomical footbed design made my knees hurt, which is almost never a problem for me...but others love them. I ended up with a pair of Vasque Sundowners for non-winter use and love them - very supportive but...

Lyme Disease especially NY, NJ, PA MA, CT & RI

I contracted lyme disease mountain biking several years ago in early March in 40 degree temps on the Cape (Cod)... bugger managed to get under my jersey under my Camelbak. Fortunately the bite was itchy because the head was still in (which wigged out the doctor and she wouldn't take it out!), so...

    red bull energy drink

These drinks are magic. I think Red Bull tastes disgusting (Hamtero likes it) so I drink Amp, the mountain dew lemon-lime version. Pretty tasty. there are a few other similar drinks in different flavors. I can't tolerate Gu or Powergel, but the drink is fine. I put it in a small platypus...

Osceola's via the Osceola Slide 3/4/06

We don need no stinkin' helmets... next time we're going to try it barefoot and packless. Starting to grow my toenails now...

Osceola's via the Osceola Slide 3/4/06

Bruno you are absomatutin'ly right - we were dopes not having helmuts and proper climbing gear - we didn't expect this to be a technical climb. So anyone considering venturing up here in winter - helmut and dual axes are highly recommended, if not necessary!

Osceola's via the Osceola Slide 3/4/06

Hey NHMH...thanks for writing that up - well done and fab pics! You failed to note in the caption of the pic where I was struggling to get out of the spruce trap that I was inspired to make it out because Hamtero kept poking at me me with his axe...
