Broke out the Osseo through 8-10 inches (deeper drifts), solo on a chilly, windy day. Was very "interesting" breaking out the section where the ladders would have been (buried), I was praising my MSR Lightnings heel lifters big time here. Views were cloudy but some summits were visible. Stiff west wind, maybe 20-30 mph, stronger gusts. My watch read 5.4 degrees at the summit.

I am glad others have been enjoying the fruits of my labor, as seen on this trail condions board!! :) (and the guy behind me who upon meeting me, his first words, "Almighty breaker of trail!!")

1st winter 4k footer this season, felt good, still in shape from snowboarding so much! Also my first time breaking out a trail period I think.
