Trail Conditions: Stream crossings OK - had to cross on a tree at one place on Bondcliff tr. Muddy in spots under 2K ft. Decent snow rail from the steeps on Bondcliff trail to the lower cliffs (where you ascend out of the woods). Then, decent snow rail in the scrubs up Bond and over to West Bond. Lots of moose postholes on Bondcliff trail right next to the rail (and near the summit of West Bond????).
Special Equipment: Snowshoes!!!! And waterproof boots. Ibuprofen was a BIG help, too!
Comments: Pretty good conditions for April: awesome views, calm winds, warm sun. Shorts and snowshoe weather is back! Yay! No bugs (yet!). Could have taken a nap on West Bond but had to press on. Sang "Michael Row Your Boat Ashore" for seemingly hours from Bondcliff all the way out to keep myself entertained.
