Its going to be interesting what kind of damage the High Peaks have taken with the storm that passed through friday night, hopefully nobody was caught out in it, stay safe all, and watch that weather!

I was up in the avalanch pass area Friday night, wicked thunder storm then the temp dropped 30 deg and it snowed, very high winds, it went from warm and rainy Friday to absolutly freezing with 60-80+ mph winds on Marcy Saturday. Sunday it was like hiking on a warm sunny day in March. Three seasons in three days 
. Saw a few fresh blowdowns, but realy not that many. I wonder if the high winds earlier this fall took out most stuff that was ready to go.

There was a tornado warning down in Dutchess county! No huge problems as far as I know, and the Southern and Eastern Catskills seem to have escaped major damage, from what we could tell.
