Algonquin 3/7 (+ Wright and/or Iroquois and/or Avalanche Lake?)

I'll be taking my son's girlfriend (first winter hike) and her brother-in-law (second winter hike) up Algonquin on Saturday. If you see an old guy trying to keep up with a young guy and girl say howdy.

I'll be at the Wiezel Cabin at Heart Lake this weekend. Won't be doing Algonquin, though. Maybe just a walk into Marcy Dam or Rocky Falls. Stop in and say hi.

Saturday started out a picture-postcard perfect day, absolutely gorgeous. My epic hike was going quite well until, let's just say, it ended rather suddenly. I'll post more in Trip Reports.
