After a slow drive to go at the Allen parking, Junior was slepping in the passager sit.
I take over 30 minutes to choix and find my cloth and gear, my car was same a teenager room!!!
OK Junior it is not a tv show reality but.
OK Junior yes it is your room and it is your private area.
We have also a long discussion when I saw a pipe falling of Junior packsac...
But deer readers it is a too long story I will keep for a other day.
The snow condition was perfect, a romantic dry snow was falling for the couple first hours!!!
Only a inch snow before the Allen Brook and only two near the top.
The water level was low but We have some troubles to cross this brook because the rock was icy.
Fortunately I have put my Tingley rubberoverboot, it was perfect at this place, I can stay in the rock cover by the water, and it was excellent in the other muddy places.
Near the summet a few place with ice, I stay my snowshoes near the buttom of the slide.
Perfect view in all direction on the summit!!!
Junior question me if I think it is the same condition on Marcy.
Junior I don't know the Marcy taste!!!

Allen revisit!!!!

Hi Audrey,

Thank You to recognize my poet side....

After a slow hiking day to go to see the falls in Raquette River, Junior need a better challenge fos Sunday.
He passed a long time from the maps and without put up his head:
"We need to return on Allen."
Why?
"May be a lot of people was too timid to arnwer us. But they make a illegal camgroung in the Allen parking just to be sure to do not lose the chance to come with us this morning!"
I think Junior You have a good night and a good dream!
"And also just because if You like the gilrfriend's spaghetti You eat the Friday night why do You come back the Sunday? May be You have other gaol in your head!!

Ok Junior it is too early to have a philosophy discussion.

We started a little bit earlier, Junior was watching the deers ariund the road.

We was surprise by the same snow condition, the Sun was not very active.
Around the slide area, every place where We put the feet friday was changing in icy place!!! Fortunately noting people was there since this time.
On the summit, all the freezing rain in the trees was falling in the ground and without snow in the trees it was easy to stay dry!!

We made a better time but far of the our record!!!

Sorry dear public, Junior forbiddens me to write the pipe incident, I will speak with his father this thing and I hope to be able to finish this real story.....
