AMC Credit to use by end of year -- good deal

I have an AMC credit that I have to use this year but just learned that my 80 yo mother needs knee replacement surgery and I'm her only caretaker. I won't be able to use the credit before it expires (December 2024) and am hoping someone might be planning to use the huts/lodges and would want to use my credit for some fraction of the value. If so, let me know and we can work something out. Thank you!
