Trail Conditions: The VanHovenburgh trail into Marcy Dam has a good base, although a few rocks are sticking up here and there. From Marcy Dam up to the pass there are also a few rocks here and there but nothing bad. There is good snow in the pass, although another foot will make the skiing much better.
Comments: It looks like it is going to be quite the ski season. About another foot of snow and you may be able to ski Marcy.
