Skied from the Loj to Avalanche Lake today. Conditions were superb. Just outstanding. No rocks, no ice, no slush on the lake, no obstacles. If you don't like cross country skiing today, then you just don't like to ski. Lots of groups out today on snow shoes. Just a few other skiers. I love this trip and today was about as good as it gets. No views, but great snow. Get out before things warm up later in the week.
