Spectacular day (Sat, 04/25) for this loop hike. Third or fourth time around and this by far the most difficult. Hip deep corn snow in some places. Wet slabs on way up. Tough brook crossing on the way out. Long day for 3 59 year olds, but well worth it. No special equipment would have helped other than poles. Warm up for last of the 4k's, 3 Bonds. All done in our 50's. Will start list again in our 60's.
