Hiked Bay View Trail up Mt. Major until I lost the trail. Ended up bushwacking over to main trail and up. 100% snow free. Then hiked over to Quarry Link trail and onto Straightback North which is also snow free. Continued on to East Quarry. Trail difficult to follow in logged areas between E Quarry and Straightback North but a map and compass and a little patience and common sense can get you to the Summit and back to the trail. Trail Between East Quarry and West Quarry fairly easy to follow if you keep your eyes open. Flagging and Blazing in spots. Cliffs of Death on West side of W Quarry Mountain a little wet but I didn't see what the big deal was about them. Trails to Rand and Klem and Mack and Anna are snow free but can be very wet in the low areas. Continued onto Straightback South and down the Brook Trail to the Major Parking lot. Entire loop wet in areas. And what little snow there was is probably gone by today already. Long day on a beautiful loop hike.
