berlin fish hatchery gate?

hello all. does anybody know the drill at the Berlin fish hatchery these days? is the gate always open, or only by prior arrangement? does anybody have their phone number?

They usually keep the road plowed to the trail head all Winter. The gate typically is open all Winter due to the snow and plowing. Give the Fish Hatchery a call - they are very accomidating to hikers.
