Dry trail up through all 3 Brothers. Last 3/4 miles were on ice/sno pack; often with running water below or on sides. Further on everything was covered in snow. We (me & my 7 & 10 year old) barebooted the whole way and expereinced some postholing near the summit. Wore gaiters but no real mud to speak of. Snowshoes may be helpful for very last leg but questionable whether it's worth lugging them for the last 1/2 mile only. Sunny & warm (50s) at Garden, 40s on summit, began raining steadily as we drove away from Keene! BEauty Day. No one on trail either way but us.
