We started from the end of Big Hollow Road Sunday morning. There was about 6 inches of wet snow. The snow depth increased and the snow got drier as we ascended. A snowshoer ahead of us turned back and told us how far she got. We thanked her for her trouble. We took turns breaking trail until we were at the top. The snow depth up there ranges from 0-24", with 16" or so being the average depth!
