Although the thread was mercifully closed, I wanted to add that the White Mountain Trail Map published by Map Adventures www.mapadventures.com is very easy to use to compute milages for whatever hike you want to put together. It also has something very interesting: areas above the treeline are colored yellow. The only downside for me is that units for elevation contours are in meters.

BTW, I just saw Tyvek maps for the 28th (latest) ed of the WMG in a store today.

Since I love nice views, I really like the fact that the Map Adventures map has all the best views noted on the map!
