Equipment: snowshoes worked well
Trail conditions: solid trail at this point! It was a winter wonderland today! Bunnell notch, which I'd never been on before, seemed to have a lot of ups and downs.... a PUD collection!!!!
Comments: great day to be out, tho a bit nippy at the start! Brilliant skies! A few inches of new snow blown into the snowshoe trough in places.... I was hoping (sort of) to do the loop along the kilkenny ridge to unknown pond (Unknown Pond Tr looked like it might be broken out from the parking lot). Unfortunately, the trail seemed to disappear after Cabot, so I didn't try. Nice to see Mad Hatter & Bo again!
