camping along Gale River Rd

Folks--do you know how one reserves the tent spots along the Gale River loop Road? Is there a number I can call (or a Web site) to make reservations? Or are these first come, first served?

I thought they were first come first serve, but I think they are USFS campsites so if you're looking for a number to call, I'd start there..
