trails: kinsman ridge
conditions: trail well packed to open section just below rim trail then drifted and blown in. middle glade section smoothed down by skis and snowboards. ended up heading a bit to far right just below the summit and connected with a ski trail and followed that the rest of the way.
equipment: snowshoes.
comments: wanted to get a hike in before the storm today hit and this trip was great. a bit windy up top with limited visibility, but great trail conditions. was nice to meet mark in the parking lot and end up hiking with him. congratulations on another 4k peak.
