Kinsman Ridge Trail (from the Tram parking area) up to outlook had a few inches of new powder over the established track. Section common with ski glades had ski tracks and thinner cover in places. From the outlook to the summit there was more snow and some blown in, snow sculpture drifts to thigh deep. One step-over blowdown of note.
Trails are now broken out but it won't take the wind we encountered long to fill in the upper part.
We wore snowshoes, car-to-car, recommended.
Windy day with bright overcast and a few flurries. The only long views were across the notch but the woods above the ski section were a winter wonderland. Saw one other hiker, possibly headed down KRT south or Hi-Cannon.
