Caps Ridge Access

I think this topic has been beat to death, but I thought I'd ask as we're talking about where to go tomorrow. If anyone knows, what is the current access (if there is any current access) to the Caps Ridge trailhead?

yer gonna have to hoof it. jeff nothch road is generally closed this time o' year. do yourself a favor and go up the castle trail from bowman. you won't regret it.
