A beautiful, warm day! Trail from Upper Works to Flowed Lands was a hard packed super highway. We crossed Flowed Lands for a short cut to Colden Dam. There was a little slush on the surface in spots, but we crossed without a problem. There are many tracks going every which way but the main track aiming toward Mt Colden brings you directly to Colden Dam. Another super highway from Colden Dam to Uphill leanto. The herd path to Cliff was broken out and easy to follow. We used snowshoes all the way up and back, but it was difficult in a few icy spots. Magnificent views from the upper portions of Cliff. Very nice!
