I expect the potential outlay for the possible hotel would have depressed the sales price for a few years so the prior partner elected to get out after a couple of very good years of increased ridership.
I would be curious if or how it will impact the hotel project. The Coos county Planning and ZBA agendas have been awfully quiet.
