Avalanche lake is frozen. 6 inches of new snow on trail from lake Colden to summit. Rocks above treeline about an inch of verglass. Very tricky to find a safe route to the top. Take much caution here. Find the trail on second bump after leaving the top towards Lake Arnold can be prove difficult as well. The trail does not cross straight over the top but rather is to the left.
