Colorado the fittest state

Good news: Massachusetts, Vermont and Connecticut are right up near the top of fit states too! But, Mississippi brings up the 'rear' when it comes to the fattest state!

Sadly though, the differences between states is not that much. We're becoming an obese nation.

Read an article recently about the obsesity problem and the military - soldiers are heavy too, and it may (perhaps already is) impacting the effectiveness of the infantry.
