Muddy in the middle sections, monorail starts about 1.5 miles up just past Mitpah Cutoff. Avoidable for the most part.
Some more monorail between Pierce and Ike. Traction not needed, easily avoidable.
Trail out towards Monroe in fine shape. Turned back at Franklin side trail due to increasingly heavy cold rains.
