Crocker/S. Crocker/Redington
Round-trip Caribou Valley Road to Crocker/S. Crocker 6.2 miles + Redington bushwack (2+ miles round-trip).
An alternative would be the 2 four-thousand footer peaks in the Bigelow Range, Avery Peak & West Peak; via fire warden’s trail, this is 10.6 miles round-trip.
I normally hike at a pretty fast clip, but have no problems in slowing down to have a friend on the journey.
