If you get the chance to watch the program "Living with wolves" on the discovery channel don't miss it. It was on last night and I was stuck to the screen.

It makes an inadvertent case for domestic dogs coming from wolves, doesn't it?

And just to tie it into hiking, the whole program takes place in the Sawtooth Range in Idaho.

Now THERE is a place where I'd like to do some hiking. Has anybody ever hiked or climbed in that particular area? Any pictures or trail reports to share?
