From Lincoln Woods - East Side, Cedar Brook, and Wilderness Trails. (i.e. up the east side of the river to the upstream suspension bridge and back down the west side.) 11 miles, 600' elevation gain. Most of the treadway on these trails is either dirt road or old rail bed so you can pop along pretty fast; even an old geezer like me was able to do it in 4 hours.
According to the ranger, the suspension bridge and the smaller bridge across Black Brook are now scheduled to be removed in August. The section of the Wilderness Trail between them will be abandoned.
Not a bad rainy day hike.
