saw this small spray bottle advertized on TV. Many different products on the internet. Sounds like a good idea to have this on a 14 hour hike. Does anyone use a product like this?
 
Never seen it. However, I will sometimes take with me on a death march or swallow before a half marathon that 5-Hour Energy stuff. It seems to really work and there's no crash afterward like you get from caffeine or sugar. I don't bonk and I don't get jittery either (of course, I often yawn after coffee).

You can spray your food or drink, or spray directly in your mouth and swallow. Usual dosage: Spray 3 times (or more as desired) on each meal/drink or spray in your mouth and swallow, especially when tired.
