Flume to Liberty

I’m toying with doing the Flume Slide Trail up and the Liberty Springs Trail down on Saturday, yet I was wondering if the slabs would be dry enough after today’s sun and no rain forecasted for tonight. Any thoughts would be hopeful.

Some of the slabs are always wet, water seeps from underneath them. If things get too bad, you can bushwhack right next to the slide. If I remember, the woods are somewhat thick, but doable.

Check my TR from Liberty Springs trail where it was so wet a scree bar collapsed while I crossed it. Make sure Flume Slide is dry as is safely possible!!!!!!!
