Going through the gear closet and finally parting with things I haven't used in a long time. I have a Garmin Montana 610 in pretty much new condition I'm looking to sell. Few notes:
> Have the unit and the charging cable. No box or paper manual. Have PDF manual I can email and manual is still on website.
> No preinstalled maps. I was creating my own KML files on CalTopo when I was using but that is not a free feature on CalTopo anymore (which was the main reason I stopped using it)
> Hadn't used it in several years so I charged up. Initially it would not power on. Garmin site said it could be microSDcard so I removed and it's fine now. So I assume the card was bad so I'm not including. I had a 4GB card which retails for well under $10 nowadays.
> Did factory reset so it is purged and ready to go
>EDIT: Forgot to add that I have the rechargeable USB battery in it but it also works on normal batteries (I believe 3 AA's)
I think I paid $549 for it (quote awhile back) and it was discontinued at $499. Used prices online are all over the place. I'd be happy if I got $300. I'm not willing to give it away but I'm open to negotiating reasonable offers. I'll ship UPS at no charge to the lower 48. If you are interested send me a message here and I can provide my email address.
