Fire scorches around 60 acres in Gorham

GORHAM, N.H. --About 100 firefighters from all over New Hampshire's North Country have put down a forest fire in moutainous terrain in Gorham.
Crews got the upper hand on the fire by around nine o'clock last night, and they are in the woods near Cascade Mountain today cleaning up and looking for hot spots.
Firefighters are surveying the damage today, but as of mid-morning guessed that perhaps 60 acres burned.
No injuries were reported.
