Foss Mountain via Foss Mountain Trail

Special Equipment Required: Light traction recommended
Comments:
Foss Mountain Road is probably passable beyond the winter parking area in 4WD, but not recommended.
6-8" of snow on the road above the top of the plowed portion, with an icy crust (Sunday's 1-2" of snow+rain set up/froze).
Foss Mountain Trail was barebootable, though there were some icy spots. Depths ranged from 1" to over a foot in a few drifts. Not yet enough snow for snowshoeing.
