Well, it was WET! It rained almost the entire time. I brought 2 rain jackets, 2 pairs of socks, and 2 shirts, and they all got a serious workout! But I was still soaked at the end! We took more or less the standard route up from Moon Haw Road. We had a group of 11, and it was slow, but steady progress. It stopped raining for a few minutes when we got to the top of BC, but it did not last long. Congrats to Tonda on finishing the C35! :D

P.S. The herd path from 3000' or so up is probably better than the PHWB trail!

Tom,

I saw the photos of soaking wet clothing and gear. Getting caught in an all day rain in a 'whack is one thing. Starting out in it another....You're much more committed than I. Meant in both senses of the word. Nice perserverance.
