Route - Wilderness Trail - hot and flat. Franconia Brook Trail - few wet spots, rivers easily stepped over. Twin Brook Trail - no trouble. Twinway to S. Twin - no trouble. Twinway from S. Twin to Mt Bond - persistent 3-4 feet of loose granular, lots of post-holes. Bondcliff and Wilderness trails were clear.
Special Equipment Required: we brought snowshoes but never wore them, those coming after will likely not need them. I could imagine people might want light traction as the snow might turn to ice this weekend and it's a long 2-3 miles if it's icy on the Twinway.
Comments: Optional - We encountered very few black flies at all but one moose on the Wilderness trail.
