Trails were dry up to the Nubble. No snow at all. Only climbing the Nubble, we did not get high enough to encounter any significant ice; just a couple tiny patches that could be easily walked across. We hiked from the Ridge Trail side - lots of fresh blowdown across the Nubble trail. We didn't have saws, but we cleared what we could. It's very hikable, but there are still a few things to step over or duck under.
