Special Equipment: I used skis - the trail is now broken out for the next 12 hours!!!
Trail Conditions: Could barely follow indents of an earlier skier; broke trail from Goodrich Rock Trail to southern pond. No blowdowns; minor gullies easy to ski around. Around 10+ inches of new snow.
Comments: I was hoping to get E Osceola, so I carried the crampons & snowshoes but totally ran out of time; the south pond is still not frozen so I couldn't cross it and didn't have time to loop around the west side. AM driving conditions were horrible - lost a lot of time in transit. Beautiful day to be out!!!
