Route : Hopper trail to Sperry Campground up via the Hopper/A.T. to summit and back via Stony Ledge and the Haley Farm trail.
patchs of ice/snow exist mostly above Sperry Campground but nothing that really needs any traction aids. Good views towards Stratton/Snow in VT and Monadnok in NH as well as the wind turbines in Seasburg and on Brodie Mtn. Could see the melting snow on Jiminy peak as well as the Bosquet. Cheshire Res and Onata Lakes were sparkly.
The Road is clear of snow and the gates will be closed til mid may so now is a good time to ride up Greylock if one is interested. In fact, I saw a cyclist riding up today as I neared the Adam's Overlook on my way back on the road.
