Trails: N Twin Trail, Firewarden's route to Hale, Lend a Hand to Twinway, Twinway to Mt Zealand Trail (hey? wasn't I just here yesterday?!

Foliage report: PEAKING!
Notable: Some of the most beautiful foliage and white birch groves I've ever seen, a great day to be in the woods (again), forecast for rain turned into a beautiful, sunny fall day...no complaints here! Little col and view of South Hale were tempting us to explore yonder on this wonderful afternoon, but we chose instead to follow various herdpaths off the trail, some to views, some to moose yards...a pancake breakfast and an 11 am start (cough)...being on vacation sure is nice.
