Help with Bones

[SAR-EMT40]

I have a fox. OK, he's not mine but he lives 100 feet from my front door. After he left home for the day I checked near his burrow and found these. I was wondering if anyone can identify the animal(s)? I can identify 3 of the four bones of the animal but one has me a little stumped. Any information appreciated.

Any idea of the species? (Or is that your next quesiton? )

I got those parts though the humerus has some odd characteristics. I didn't put a question mark like I should have on the question about what animal or animals it is, your correct.

Oops--I became sufficiently engrossed in identifying the bones that I missed your question about the species.

The ends of both the humerous and femur were sufficiently similar to human for me to identify them. (And I have been studying both ends of the femur recently... )

For species, size is all I have to go on. Cat or small dog?
